Q: How soon can I have my ring delivered?
A: Jürgens has the fastest delivery options in the industry! We have the right delivery time to meet your needs. From Regular delivery (approx. 6 weeks) to the Super Rush Delivery which is as fast as 1 week! You choose.
Q: I am home schooled, can you design a ring for me?
A: Yes all you need to do is select your favorite style from our selection of rings and we will design it with your choice of the following to be spelled out around the center stone (where applicable): “Home School High School” , “Home School” or “Home Education” or you may customize it with your very own home school name for a nominal fee, this option is available when you are designing your ring.

Q: How can I place my order?
A: The fastest way is to place your order Online. You do have the option of also sending your order via: Fax, Mail, or phone. Fax or mail orders simply fill out an order form. Phone orders are accepted Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Pacific Time, and written confirmation is required after we’ve taken your order by phone to ensure that we have processed the information correctly.

Q: Do you make Corporate rings?
A: Yes, Jürgens can help you create the perfect Corporate Recognition rings. You can start by viewing our styles on this site to get ideas as to what style of ring you would like to customize with your logo, then you can submit your ideas and/or your logo by email or fax your logo Link for them to upload an image along with the contact info.
Q: Are there any Discounts for ordering multiple rings?
A: Yes, when you order 12 rings or more there is a Discount. Email or call us to let us know what you have in mind.
Q: Do you make Military rings?
A: Yes, just click on the style of ring you like and design it with your choice of military emblems.
Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: Once you submit your order, you may make changes to your order, however there will be a charge, depending upon what stage of production your ring is at. Fees start at $90.00.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Your order is completely personalized, made to your specifications; it is Non-Cancelable, Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable.
Q: I graduated a while ago; can you still make a ring for me with my graduation year? Is there an extra charge
A: We would be happy to make you the ring of your choice with your graduation year and there is no extra charge for your graduation year.
Q: I would like my name around the center stone of my ring and not my school name, can this be done?
A: Yes, we can customize the area around the center stone with your name or other wording, so long as it is of a non-offensive nature. When you design your ring there is a section towards the end that allows you to enter your special request and it will also give you information regarding the current nominal fee that will be added to your order.
Q: I have my very own special emblem that I would like on my ring, how much is it to design it?
A: It depends on the emblem (image). Designing fees start at $110.00, send us your ideas and we’ll contact you with more information. Link for them to upload an image along with the contact info.
Q: Are Diamonds available instead of cubic zirconias
A: Yes, all rings that have cubic zirconias as sidestones are available with diamonds, simply select Diamonds instead of cubic zirconias when designing your ring, additional charge applies.
Q: Do you offer ring loss insurance?
A: Yes, we do and it is available to you when you place your order. And in the event, your ring is lost or stolen, this program will replace the ring with the exact original details of your ring. A nominal fee applies; you will save up to 50% off the price of a new ring.
Q: Do you have a catalog you can mail me?
A: Yes, you may order your catalog Free! Send us an email with your request.
Q: I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?
A: Simply, fill out this repair form, place the ring in a secure, sturdy box with padding inside and request “Insurance” for the full amount that you originally paid for the ring. Include your name, address, and daytime phone number and write a detail explanation of the work to be done on the ring.

Q: Where can I see samples of your rings?
A: Ring samples are available at various jewelry stores throughout the USA. Send us an email and we’ll let you know about jewelers in your area that carry Jürgens product samples.

2) Order by fax, mail and pay ½ down and the balance on delivery.
